ZTEdit is a level editor for Zero Tolerance, a 1994 Sega Genesis game by Technopop. The editor also supports Beyond Zero Tolerance, an unreleased sequel of Zero Tolerance. Both games are now freeware, you can get them at Technopop's home page.
There have been no new releases for several months. This is mainly because the next thing planned is texture viewing/editing support. It takes much time since I had no experience of doing anything like that, but with some help, there's a progress. Stay tuned :-)
